We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the interior design and fit-out industry, with the ability to manage project costs, prepare accurate BOQs, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure commercial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets. Review drawings and specifications to perform accurate quantity take-offs. Source, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Coordinate with suppliers to finalize technical specifications, material selections, and compliance with project requirements. Analyze supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons. Monitor project costs, variations, and procurement activities. Work closely with the Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure cost-effective project execution. Prepare progress valuations, variation orders, and final accounts. Ensure all cost-related documentation is maintained accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, fit-out construction methods, and market pricing.

• Experience coordinating with suppliers and finalizing technical requirements and material specifications.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
