• Job Summary:

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor multiple fit-out projects from award through handover.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.

• Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Follow up on material procurement, supplier deliveries, and subcontractor activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of technical documents, material approvals, and shop drawings.

• Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and proactively escalate issues.

• Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.

• Assist in obtaining client and consultant approvals when required.

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects (mandatory).

• Good understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and project execution.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), MS Project, and AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
