We are recruiting for a Director of Industrialization to join a pioneering eVTOL aerospace programme based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership opportunity to define and deliver the industrial strategy that will take a next generation aircraft from prototype development through to full scale production. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing world class manufacturing capability, driving operational excellence and building the systems, processes and teams required to support a high growth aerospace manufacturing environment. Working closely with Engineering, Airworthiness, Quality and Supply Chain, you will ensure manufacturing operations are safe, efficient, scalable and fully compliant with aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead the industrialization strategy for a next generation eVTOL aircraft programme. • Define manufacturing methods, tooling strategies, factory layout and production systems. • Lead manufacturing readiness from prototype builds through to scalable production. • Drive operational excellence, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. • Establish digital manufacturing capabilities, including MES and manufacturing technologies. • Build and lead multidisciplinary industrialization and manufacturing teams. • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Airworthiness and Supply Chain to ensure efficient product introduction. • Develop manufacturing processes that meet regulatory, quality and safety requirements. • Manage production readiness, configuration control and manufacturing performance. • Support strategic planning, facility development and future manufacturing expansion.

We are looking for an experienced manufacturing or industrialization leader with a strong background delivering complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing programmes. Essential Requirements: • Significant leadership experience within aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing. • Proven experience introducing new products into production. • Experience leading industrialization activities from prototype through production. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing readiness, production planning and factory operations. • Experience leading multidisciplinary manufacturing and engineering teams. • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments. • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. • Experience within aerospace manufacturing or aircraft production. • Knowledge of digital manufacturing systems and MES. • Experience with tooling strategy, factory layout and production system design. • Experience supporting certification or regulated manufacturing programmes. • Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
