* 10+ years' experience in retail commerce technology leadership (essential) * Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, Headless, SCAPI) * Mandatory Salesforce certifications (SFCC Architect/B2C Architect/Developer * Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, OMS, and enterprise integrations * Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams and platforms
