Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience.• Previous experience within a Construction Company, Main Contractor, or Engineering organization is highly preferred.• Strong experience managing Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.• Extensive experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including, LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs, Switching, Routing, and Wireless Networks • Proven experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls.• Experience with Endpoint Security, Antivirus Solutions, Email Security, MFA, Data Loss Prevention, Access Control, and Security Monitoring • Experience administering cloud services including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.• Experience with ERP systems.• Experience implementing document management systems.• Ability to manage IT vendors and service providers.• Strong knowledge of software licensing and IT asset management.• Experience developing internal systems and automating business processes.• Knowledge of database administration (SQL Server or equivalent). Key Responsibilities• Manage the Company's complete IT infrastructure.• Develop and implement the Company's IT strategy.• Protect all Company information and digital assets.• Implement cybersecurity policies and monitor security risks.• Design and maintain secure network architecture.• Administer servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.• Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery planning.• Develop and maintain internal software solutions.• Manage ERP implementation and integration.• Support digital transformation initiatives.• Establish IT governance, policies, and procedures.• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation.• Manage software licensing and IT procurement.• Oversee vendor relationships and third-party service providers.• Manage user access rights and information security controls.• Protect confidential Company information against cyber threats.• Maintain high system availability with minimal downtime.• Provide technical leadership and support across all Company departments.
