Employment Type: Full-Time Join SPEED DEBTS COLLECTION (SDC) We are looking for target-driven, customer-focused Collection Officers to join our growing team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Training will be provided to suitable candidates. Key Responsibilities Contact customers through telephone, email, Whats App, and approved channels regarding outstanding accounts. Negotiate payment arrangements professionally while ensuring UAE law and company compliance. Follow up on overdue accounts and achieve collection targets. Maintain accurate records and prepare collection reports. Handle customer queries professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and legal departments for effective case management. Requirements Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of UAE debt collection practices is an advantage. Experience Fresh graduates/Freshers interested in building a career in collections and customer service are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates from debt recovery, banking, finance, credit control, BPO, or customer service backgrounds are preferred. UAE collections or banking experience will be an added advantage. Language Requirements (Mandatory)✅ Fluency in English is mandatory. ⭐ Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred. ⭐ Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, or Bengali will be an advantage.
