Joining AECOM's Graduate Program as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, will provide the opportunity to be an integral part of our team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, as well as involvement in building construction supervision project.

• Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Apply design and technical knowledge to produce high-quality outputs within project timelines.
• Assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules under supervision.
• Collect and analyze information from discipline-specific and interdisciplinary project BIM models.
• Utilize computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems.
• Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure design continuity.
• Participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensure the quality of BIM/CAD model production by reviewing for accuracy.
• Actively seek information, contribute to problem-solving, and drive efficiencies and effectiveness in project delivery.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to solve atypical engineering challenges.

Minimum Requirements 
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University 
2. Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. 
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above. 
4. As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only 
UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role
