• To carry out assigned warehouse duties efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of the Parts Distribution Centre (PDC).

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned warehouse tasks efficiently and achieve daily operational targets.

  • Ensure the accurate storage of items in designated bin locations.

  • Report any shipment discrepancies promptly to the supervisor.

  • Identify suitable bin locations for incoming parts based on their volume and quantity.

  • Inspect and pack parts in accordance with customer specifications.

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as required.

  • Participate in annual stock counts at the PDC and branch locations.

  • Adhere to all warehouse health and safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by submitting Kaizen suggestions to the Line Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualifications

  • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

  
  

  Work Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in warehousing and logistics.

  
  

  Competencies

  • Physically fit, as the role involves continuous walking, standing and lifting.

  • Basic computer literacy is advantageous.

  
  

  Languages

  • Basic written and spoken English communication skills.
