Service Line Overview

Our Tax practice helps organisations navigate the UAE and international tax landscape with clarity, technical depth, and practical solutions. We work across Corporate Tax, International Tax, Indirect Tax (VAT/excise), and Transfer Pricing, supporting clients in staying compliant while optimising their tax position. Across all areas, our Tax teams combine deep technical expertise with a commercial, forward‑looking approach—helping clients remain compliant, mitigate risk, and respond confidently to regulatory change.

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedTransfer Pricing Managerto join our Tax and Transfer Pricing practice. The successful candidate will lead complex transfer pricing engagements, manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development initiatives across a diverse portfolio of multinational and regional clients

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing transfer pricing engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
• Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and economic analyses
• Managing complex client matters, including transfer pricing audits, risk assessments, and controversy engagements
• Advising clients on transfer pricing planning, policy design, implementation, compliance, and matters
• Providing technical guidance on OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, UAE transfer pricing regulations, and international tax developments
• Reviewing intercompany transactions, including goods, services, financing arrangements, intellectual property, and business restructurings
• Developing and implementing transfer pricing policies and operational transfer pricing frameworks
• Collaborating with international teams and member firms on cross-border assignments
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services
• Contributing to business development activities, including proposals, presentations, publications, webinars, and networking initiatives
• Supervising, coaching, and developing team members through technical reviews and constructive feedback
• Supporting recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives within the practice

Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, ADIT, CTA, or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of transfer pricing experience gained within a professional services firm, tax advisory practice, or multinational organization
• Strong understanding of OECD and UAE Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax principles
• Experience managing client engagements and leading teams
• Excellent report-writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities
