Role Description The Vendor Registration Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end vendor onboarding, including receiving applications, collecting documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing vendor profiles, updating vendor records in internal systems, coordinating with procurement and finance teams, and following up with vendors to resolve missing or incorrect information. The role also involves preparing reports on vendor status, maintaining accurate databases, and supporting audits or internal reviews as needed. The Vendor Registration Executive will regularly communicate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a smooth and timely registration process. Qualifications Experience in vendor registration, supplier onboarding, or procurement operations, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using MS Office (especially Excel), databases, and ERP or procurement systems for data entry and record management. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vendor requests and meet deadlines. Knowledge of basic compliance, documentation, and due diligence processes related to vendors and suppliers. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach toward vendors. Previous experience in an administrative, procurement, or finance support role preferred; familiarity with the UAE business environment is beneficial. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
