Halian is hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer in Abu Dhabi.
Greetings!
Experience required: 5+ Years Duration: 1 year & extendable
Technical Skills:5+ years of experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer. Strong Service Desk L2 support experience. Microsoft 365 (O365/M365) administration and support. Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) administration. Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management) Service Now ticketing system experience (highly preferred) ITSM processes and service delivery experience. Basic network configuration and troubleshooting. LAN/WAN connectivity support. Internet connectivity troubleshooting and ISP coordination.
