- تقديم الخبرة الفنية في جميع تصميم الأنابيب
- ضمان الامتثال التصميمي والهندسي للرموز المعنية ومعايير أ ADNOC
- تنسيق ومراقبة والتعامل مع تصميم وبناء الأنابيب مع المقاول EPC وفق توقعات المشروع واستكمال العمل في الإطار الزمني المحدد
- العمل مع مهندسي التخصصات الأخرى ضمن IPMT وEPC Contractor وشركة ADNOC الهندسة/ التشغيل/ واجهة الموقع لحل القضايا الفنية وضمان تنفيذ هندسة التخصصات بجودة عالية وسلامة
- إجراء مراجعات تقنية منتظمة وفي الوقت المناسب لتسليمات هندسة الأنابيب التي طورتها الاستشاريين/المقاولين الهندسيين، لضمان جودة التصميم بما يتوافق مع الرموز والمعايير والممارسات الفضلى ذات الصلة

المسؤوليات:

- ضمان جودة ودقة تصميم هندسة الأنابيب للمستشار الهندسي ومقاول EPC
- مراجعة واعتماد أعمال المستشار الهندسي وأعمال مقاول EPC والتأكد من الامتثال لمواصفات ADNOC والمقاييس والمعايير ذات الصلة وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة
- تنسيق المشاركة الهندسية المطلوبة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم المختلفة ونماذج الأعمال. المساهمة بالمدخلات والخبرة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم المختلفة ونماذج الأعمال لتحقيق تحسين التصميم والتحقق منه
- المشاركة في فرق لتحديد أحجام المعدات / اختيارها مع النظر فيOptimization والتوحيد القياسي
- التأكد من تصميم المنشآت وفق أحدث الإرشادات المؤسسية فيما يتعلق بالجوانب البيئية والصحية
- ضمان الاستفادة الكاملة من المرافق القائمة مع تحسين المرافق المطلوبة للمشاريع الجديدة
- المشاركة في مراجعات التخطيط، مراجعة النماذج، مراجعات التصميم، والورش التقنية
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية والتنسيق مع مهندسي التخصصات الأخرى
- تنسيق المراجعات الفنية وتقييم العطاء وتقييم الأداء
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية أثناء التركيب، ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل
- التقرير إلى قائد فريق تخصص ADNOC، مدير الهندسة، وتقديم الدعم لمديري المشاريع والمهندسين ضمن تنظيم فريق إدارة المشروع
- التواصل مع المدراء وقادة الفرق والمهندسين في الأقسام الفنية بالشركة، وحدات الأعمال، وحدات العمليات، وادارة اللوجستيات
- التواصل بشكل منتظم مع فريق الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع للمقاول والمهندسين في التخصص عند الحاجة
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية
- حد أدنى 15 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة النفط والغاز
- مهارات كتابة وتواصل شفهية ممتازة
- مهارات فريق فنية وتعامل بين شخصي ممتازة
- خبرة ومعرفة تفصيلية بالرموز والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة
- معرفة ببرامج الحاسوب الهندسية وبرامج الأعمال العامة
- القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات مستقلة في التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق لتطوير حلول لمشكلات معقدة
Job description
- Provide technical expertise in all Piping design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Piping design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Piping Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure integration of overall Piping Engineering. Overall coordination within IPMT Piping Engineering Team
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Piping Engineering design activities
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices
- Coordinate the required engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to design optimization and validation.
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
- Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest corporate guidelines with respect to environment and health aspects.
- Ensure full utilization of the existing facilities while optimizing the facilities required for the new projects.
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
- Coordinate technical reviews and bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Project Management Team organization
- Interface with Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers in Company's Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations Units, and Logistics Department
- Interface regularly with Contractor’s Engineering and Project Management team and discipline engineers as and when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
