ما ستقوم به
تحضير وتقديم مجموعة من النبيذ والمشروبات الروحية والمشروبات المخلوطة من القائمة مع التأكد من التصفية والتخفيف والخلط وفق وصفات محددة ومعايير Four Seasons
الحفاظ على منطقة البار من حيث النظافة والتنظيم.
التفاعل مع الضيوف وتوقع احتياجاتهم وخلق جو ترحيبي.
توصية المشروبات وتقديم رؤية حول تشكيلة المشروبات المتنوعة لدينا.
التعاون مع الفريق لتنظيم قائمة مشروبات جديدة وعروض ترويجية.
ما تجلبه
خبرة سابقة من 2-3 سنوات كنسيّب بار في بيئة راقية أو فاخرة.
يجب أن يكون المتقدم بعمر 21 عامًا فما فوق.
معرفة واسعة بميكسولوجي والمشروبات الروحية والنبيذ.
خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومهارات تواصل.
القدرة على ابتكار كوكتيلات مبتكرة ومميزة.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ولباقة العرض.

About the role
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
What you will do
Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Recommend drinks and provide insight into our diverse beverage selection.
Collaborate with the team to curate new drink menu and promotions.
What you bring
Previous 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end or luxury setting.
Applicant must be age of 21 and above.
Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to create innovative and signature cocktails.
Attention to details and flair for presentation.
