About The Role

We are looking for a senior technical leader to take ownership of the design, architecture and delivery of multiple Saa S and fintech-related platforms.

The role is suited to someone who is still hands-on technically, but also capable of leading developers, setting architecture standards, reviewing code, managing delivery and translating business ideas into well-structured software products.

We need a practical builder who can think strategically, design properly, manage a team and get products delivered.

Our current product pipeline includes an accounting Saa S platform, a crowdfunding and investment platform, payment-related systems, AI-enabled workflows, CRM-connected systems and other technology products across related business areas.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture across multiple Saa S platforms. Translate business ideas into technical specifications, workflows, APIs and development tasks. Lead and manage internal and external developers. Review code and enforce development standards. Design scalable, secure and maintainable systems. Oversee frontend, backend, database, cloud infrastructure and deployment. Help build and manage an offshore development capability. Work closely with business leadership to deliver new products. Establish best practices for testing, Dev Ops, release management and security. Ensure systems include appropriate audit trails, permissions and financial controls.
