Role Description The Owner role at FLIN is a full-time, on-site position based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, responsible for leading the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the business. The Owner oversees key operational functions, including financial performance, service delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring that FLIN’s debt consolidation and mediation services meet high standards of quality and integrity. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, guiding product and service innovation, building and maintaining relationships with lending partners and regulators, and making critical decisions on resource allocation and organizational development. The Owner collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business development, strengthen brand positioning, and support a culture that prioritizes client well-being and ethical financial practices. This role also involves representing FLIN in external forums, communicating the company’s mission, and identifying new opportunities to expand impact within Indonesia’s financial ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment. Solid background in finance, banking, or financial services, including knowledge of consumer debt products, credit management, and risk assessment. Experience with business strategy, operations management, and organizational development, preferably in a consultancy or technology-enabled service company. Understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, especially those related to OJK-licensed institutions and data protection. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with lending partners, regulators, clients, and internal teams. Ability to analyze financial and operational data, make informed decisions, and prioritize initiatives that align with long-term business goals. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ethical practices, client advocacy, and sustainable growth within the credit wellness and debt resolution space.
