Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, operating on a commission basis. The Property Consultant will identify and source real estate opportunities, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, advising clients on property values and trends, and preparing and presenting property proposals. The role involves building and managing a portfolio of clients, responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, comply with relevant regulations, and use CRM tools to track leads and sales activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, including advising clients on property options and market conditions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout transactions. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close deals on a commission basis. Candidates should possess good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, local regulations, and property documentation processes. Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM systems and basic digital tools to manage leads, client data, and property listings. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Relevant experience in real estate consulting or property brokerage in the UAE is highly beneficial; RERA certification or equivalent is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
