Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for an Experienced Investment Property Advisor focused on primary and secondary market opportunities. The advisor will identify and evaluate investment properties, conduct market and financial analysis, and prepare clear recommendations for clients seeking income, growth, or portfolio diversification. Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, coordinating viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through the full transaction cycle. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing portfolio reviews, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. The advisor will also monitor market trends, attend relevant industry events, and contribute to internal reports and forecasts that support business growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, present complex information clearly, and maintain lasting client relationships. Candidates should possess Property Management skills, including handling listings, coordinating viewings, and overseeing property-related documentation and processes. Candidates should possess Investments and Finance skills to analyze returns, assess risk, interpret financial data, and advise on portfolio strategies in primary and secondary markets. Relevant experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property investment within Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market is highly beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, along with knowledge of local property regulations and market dynamics, is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office and CRM software.
