Whizz HR is Hiring a FMCG Sales Executive in Dubai Job Title: FMCG Sales Executive Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage import/export sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of international trade operations. Key Responsibilities Manage import and export sales operations and related documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and international clients. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. Generate new leads and expand the customer base across international markets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for timely order fulfillment. Monitor customer requirements and provide excellent after-sales support. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (FMCG industry preferred). Experience in international sales and export business is an advantage. Knowledge of import/export documentation and trade regulations. Familiarity with the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
