We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Videographer / Camera Operator based in Dubai to lead on-location video production. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for visual storytelling, deep technical knowledge of cinema camera systems, lighting, and audio, and experience shooting high-end real estate properties, luxury lifestyle content, and fast-paced commercial shoots.

Key Responsibilities

On-Location Production

• Camera Operation: Operate professional camera packages and gimbals to capture clean, cinematic footage.

• Lighting & Audio Setup: Set up multi-point wireless/wired lighting and high-quality audio rigs for indoor and outdoor environments.

• Real Estate & Architectural Shooting: Utilize wide-angle lenses, drone cameras, and motion tracking to capture luxury interior and exterior real estate walk-throughs.

• Direction & Framing: Direct on-camera talent/hosts, guide framing, camera movement, and maintain proper exposure, focus, and white balance under dynamic lighting conditions.

Pre-Production & Logistics

• Review shot lists, storyboards, and mood boards before shoot days to ensure creative alignment.

• Inspect, maintain, and pack all camera gear, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and backup storage to prevent technical failures on set.

• Coordinate location walk-throughs, lighting tests, and timing (e.g., golden hour shoots for luxury properties).

Collaboration & Media Management

• Work closely with the director, content strategist, and post-production editing team to ensure shot coverage aligns with the editing vision.

• Offload, back up, and organize raw footage systematically using proper file naming conventions for immediate editor handoff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3+ years of professional video shooting experience (agency or production house experience in Dubai).

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial, real estate, social media, or documentary production work.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Advanced knowledge of frame rates, focal lengths, lighting principles, and color profiles (LOG/RAW).

  • High proficiency with gimbals, sliders, wireless video transmitters, and multi-mic setups.

  • Bonus: Valid UAE Visa

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills under time pressure, and a high level of professionalism when dealing with VIP clients and high-end property owners.
