نحن نبحث عن مصوِّر فيديو متمرس عالي الطاقة مُشغِّل الكاميرا/الكاميرا مقيم في دبي ليقود إنتاج الفيديو في المواقع. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بعين حادّة لسرد القصص بصرياً، ومعرفة تقنية عميقة بأنظمة كاميرات السينما، والإضاءة، والصوت، وخبرة في تصوير العقارات الفاخرة، ومحتوى أسلوب حياة راقي، وجلسات تصوير تجارية سريعة الإيقاع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
الإنتاج في الموقع
تشغيل الكاميرا: تشغيل حزم كاميرا احترافية وجيمبالز لالتقاط لقطات نظيفة وسينمائية.
إعداد الإضاءة والصوت: إعداد إضاءة لاسلكية/سلكية متعددة النقاط ونُظم صوت عالية الجودة لبيئات داخلية وخارجية.
تصوير العقارات والهندسة المعمارية: استخدام عدسات واسعة الزوايا، وكاميرات طائرة بدون طيار، وتتبع الحركة لالتقاط جولات داخلية وخارجية فاخرة.
التوجيه والإطار: توجيه المواهب/المقدّمين أمام الكاميرا، وإرشاد الإطار، وحركة الكاميرا، والحفاظ على التعريض، والتركيز، وتوازن اللون الأبيض بشكل صحيح تحت ظروف إضاءة ديناميكية.
التحضير والإعداد اللوجستي
مراجعة قوائم اللقطات، ولوحات القصة، ولوحات المزاج قبل أيام التصوير لضمان التوافق الإبداعي.
فحص وصيانة وتعبئة جميع معدات الكاميرا والعدسات والإضاءة ومعدات الصوت والتخزين الاحتياطي لمنع الأعطال الفنية على المجموعة.
تنسيق جولات الموقع واختبارات الإضاءة والتوقيت (على سبيل المثال جلسات التوقيت الذهبي للعقارات الفاخرة).
التعاون وإدارة الوسائط
العمل عن كثب مع المخرج، واستراتيجية المحتوى، وفريق التحرير في ما بعد الإنتاج لضمان توافق تغطية اللقطات مع رؤية التحرير.
تحميل، نسخ احتياطي، وتنظيم اللقطات الخام بشكل منهجي باستخدام أسماء ملفات مناسبة لتسليم فوري للمحرر.

التميّز الفني:
معرفة متقدمة بإطارات الفيديو، وبُعد البؤري، ومبادئ الإضاءة، وملفات اللون (LOG/RAW).
إتقان عالي للجيمبال، والسلايدر، وأجهزة الإرسال اللاسلكية، وإعدادات ميكروفونات متعددة.

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Videographer / Camera Operator based in Dubai to lead on-location video production. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for visual storytelling, deep technical knowledge of cinema camera systems, lighting, and audio, and experience shooting high-end real estate properties, luxury lifestyle content, and fast-paced commercial shoots.
Key Responsibilities
On-Location Production
Camera Operation: Operate professional camera packages and gimbals to capture clean, cinematic footage.
Lighting & Audio Setup: Set up multi-point wireless/wired lighting and high-quality audio rigs for indoor and outdoor environments.
Real Estate & Architectural Shooting: Utilize wide-angle lenses, drone cameras, and motion tracking to capture luxury interior and exterior real estate walk-throughs.
Direction & Framing: Direct on-camera talent/hosts, guide framing, camera movement, and maintain proper exposure, focus, and white balance under dynamic lighting conditions.
Pre-Production & Logistics
Review shot lists, storyboards, and mood boards before shoot days to ensure creative alignment.
Inspect, maintain, and pack all camera gear, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and backup storage to prevent technical failures on set.
Coordinate location walk-throughs, lighting tests, and timing (e.g., golden hour shoots for luxury properties).
Collaboration & Media Management
Work closely with the director, content strategist, and post-production editing team to ensure shot coverage aligns with the editing vision.
Offload, back up, and organize raw footage systematically using proper file naming conventions for immediate editor handoff.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2-3+ years of professional video shooting experience (agency or production house experience in Dubai).
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial, real estate, social media, or documentary production work.
Technical Mastery:
Advanced knowledge of frame rates, focal lengths, lighting principles, and color profiles (LOG/RAW).
High proficiency with gimbals, sliders, wireless video transmitters, and multi-mic setups.
Bonus: Valid UAE Visa
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills under time pressure, and a high level of professionalism when dealing with VIP clients and high-end property owners.
