• We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Developer to support, develop, and enhance enterprise ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions that enable critical business operations across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing application enhancements, customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, implementing system integrations, automating business processes, and providing ongoing support for enterprise business applications.

  
  

  • Develop, customize, and maintain enterprise ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics applications.

  • Design and implement application enhancements based on business and operational requirements.

  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics modules, forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications using APIs and web services.

  • Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Support enterprise applications across Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management, Vendor Management, and Corporate Services.

  • Develop and maintain custom modules, interfaces, and data integrations.

  • Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, bug fixes, and issue resolution.

  • Support system upgrades, deployments, testing, and release management activities.

  • Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, and deployment procedures.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations) and enterprise application development.

  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, and web services.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics with ERP and other enterprise systems.

  • Familiarity with Azure services, Azure DevOps, and enterprise integration technologies is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience within the banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries is preferred
