Previous experience in ICU or NICU is required
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations with professionalism
