Role Summary
The Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating high-quality video, photography, animation, 3D, augmented reality, and AI-assisted content for the Corporate Communications Department. The role supports government engagements, corporate events, partnerships, sponsorships, announcements, branding, and social media by translating key narratives into compelling visual stories while ensuring full alignment with the Group’s brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
Role Overview The Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for producing high-quality video, photography, animation, 3D, augmented reality, and AI-assisted content that strengthens the Group’s reputation and supports corporate communications, government engagements, partnerships, sponsorships, internal events, branding, and social media. Key Responsibilities• Lead video and photography coverage for government events, corporate events, executive engagements, partnerships, announcements, sponsorships, and brand campaigns.• Develop shooting briefs, storyboards, shot lists, and filming sequences for manager approval before production.• Translate approved narratives, scripts, milestones, and announcements into compelling visual stories.• Edit videos and photographs using Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and related tools.• Prepare content for press releases, government publications, social media, websites, presentations, and internal platforms.• Maintain consistency in colour grading, typography, logo usage, messaging, and overall brand identity.• Create motion graphics and 20–40 second animated videos based on approved scripts.• Develop 3D animations and augmented reality content using Blender, OBJ files, and other relevant tools.• Bring the Group’s mascot and brand assets to life through animation and interactive content.• Use AI tools for video creation, editing, visual effects, time-lapse, AR concepts, and creative development.• Manage production files, raw footage, edited assets, and final deliverables in an organised archive.• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and respond efficiently to feedback. Requirements• Minimum five years of professional videography and video-editing experience.• Strong experience covering corporate, government, executive, and high-profile events.• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.• Experience in photography, photo retouching, colour grading, and sound editing.• Proven experience in motion graphics, full animation production, 3D animation, or augmented reality.• Experience using Blender, OBJ files, and AI-assisted creative tools.• Strong creative storytelling, shooting, lighting, composition, and editing skills.• Well representation is a must.• A strong portfolio is required.• Arabic or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
