Role Description : The Operations Administrator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day restaurant operations by coordinating maintenance, managing government-related documentation, overseeing contractor relationships, and facilitating communication across departments. This position ensures operationalefficiency and compliance across all Vietnamese Foodies branches.
Qualifications Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Coordination· Serve as the main liaison between the restaurant management/operations team and individual restaurant· Branch leaders.· Communicate operational updates, policy changes, and best practices to ensure operation high standard and consistency across all locations.2. Maintenance Management· Log and monitor all maintenance requests from restaurant managers.· Schedule and follow up with contractors or maintenance personnel for repairs of equipment,· fixtures, and facilities.· Ensure all maintenance issues are resolved promptly to reduce operational disruptions.3. Government Documentation & Compliance· Maintain and update all required government documents and licenses for each branch.· Ensure ongoing compliance with local health, safety, and food regulations.●· Monitor regulatory changes and assist branches in adapting to new compliance requirements.4. Communication & Reporting· Maintain clear and efficient communication with restaurant managers and the operations team.· Prepare regular reports on maintenance status, compliance, and POS updates.· Assist with compiling monthly sales reports, wastage and inter-branch transfer reports for the Finance Department.5. Contractor & Supplier Coordination· Manage relationships with maintenance and equipment contractors/suppliers to ensure timely· service, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.· Coordination with contractors/suppliers and mall management/relevant authorities to ensure timely procurement of required permits.6. Asset Logistics Management· Oversee the movement and allocation of assets between suppliers, the warehouse, andrestaurant locations.
