We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our ecommerce fulfilment client base — with a specific focus on onboarding luxury and exclusive brands. What you'll do:Identify, approach, and sign luxury/premium ecommerce brands as fulfilment clients Build relationships with brand owners, ecommerce managers, and decision-makers in the luxury retail space Present and tailor fulfilment proposals (storage, pick-pack, white-glove handling) to suit premium brand standards Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs in line with company margins Represent the company at luxury retail, fashion, and ecommerce industry events Manage the client relationship post-onboarding to drive retention and referrals Work closely with the Fulfilment Manager to ensure operations can meet the service standards luxury clients expect What you'll need:Proven experience onboarding or managing luxury/exclusive/premium brands, ideally in ecommerce, retail, logistics, or fulfilment Strong network of contacts in the luxury/fashion/premium retail space in the UAE, a plus Track record of closing B2B deals and hitting new business targets Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Understanding of the service standards luxury brands expect (packaging, handling, discretion, turnaround) UAE experience required, 2–5 years' minimum relevant business development experience Fluent English required; Hindi and Arabic a plus ONLY APPLICANTS WITH UAE EXPERIENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED
