Role Description The Owner role at e Infochips (An Arrow Company) is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing business operations, strategic direction, and organizational performance. The individual in this role will define and drive long-term goals, prioritize key initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and core values. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project execution, reviewing financial performance, guiding senior leadership, and making data-driven decisions to optimize growth and profitability. The role will also involve building and maintaining client relationships, assessing market opportunities, and fostering collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams. In addition, the Owner will champion continuous improvement, talent development, and adherence to ethical, legal, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or business ownership, preferably within technology, product engineering, or semiconductor services. Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills, with the ability to define and execute long-term growth initiatives. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis to manage profitability and investments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership. Background or familiarity with domains such as IoT, AI/ML, cloud, wireless, or semiconductor design is highly beneficial. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive disciplined execution, and manage complex, multi-site operations. Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and maintaining high standards of integrity, quality, and social responsibility. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
