Qualifications:- Civil Engineer or Construction Engineering- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Minimum of 5 years plus previous experience in High rise building construction in UAE is required.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.- Auto CAD is mandatory.- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- High level of professionalism and integrity.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Responsibilities:- Designing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish- Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards
