Our Dubai team works with clients in 15+ industries, including luxury hospitality, restaurants, real estate, yachting, sports, healthcare, beauty, and lifestyle brands. We're looking for an experienced Video Production Manager based in Dubai to lead our in-house production team.
Your role:Lead and manage a team of 3–5 videographers and editors. Plan and organise video productions from concept to delivery. Direct and oversee filming for commercial and branded content. Ensure high production quality across all client projects. Edit videos when required and supervise the post-production process. Coordinate production schedules, equipment, and project deadlines.
Requırements:Proven experience managing a video production team. Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial video projects. Professional experience with filming, directing, and video editing. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Based in Dubai with the ability to work on-site and travel to client locations when needed.
