Mandatory – Face to face customer service experience in Insurance company.
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers, providing product information, issuing policies, handling service requests, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. The role also involves supporting internal stakeholders while ensuring a seamless customer experience and achieving service and conversion targets.
Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance company or insurance brokerage. Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing); English proficiency is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office applications. Insurance industry experience is required.
