We are looking for an experienced Senior AC Technician to join our growing team and support our HVAC maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties.
Skills
- 7-10 years of HVAC experience
- Facility Management / Building Maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of Split AC, Ducted Systems, VRF/VRV, FCU, AHU & Chilled Water Systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting, PPM, Corrective maintenance, and HVAC repairs
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC & Refrigeration preferred
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability
- Team player with leadership mindset
