Job Responsibilities:Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising the company's daily operating contracts and agreements, including but not limited to procurement contracts, service contracts, labor contracts, and lease contracts. Provide legal support for the company's overseas projects (especially in the Middle East), identify and assess legal risks, and offer compliance advice. Assist in handling legal disputes and resolving conflicts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Track and study changes in relevant laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East to ensure the company's legal and compliant operations in the region. Assist in establishing and improving the company's internal compliance management system and promote the standardization of legal processes. Manage and coordinate external law firms to handle litigation, arbitration, and other legal matters. Support the company's business expansion, participate in contract negotiations, and provide on-site legal support. Complete other legal-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in law, and passing the Judicial Examination/Legal Professional Qualification Examination (A Certificate). Work experience: At least 3 years of legal-related work experience, with preference given to candidates with overseas work experience or experience in the Middle East. Language proficiency: Chinese is mandatory, and English can be used as a working language (both spoken and written). Professional competence: Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as contract law, labor law, and company law; possesses the ability to independently handle contracts and legal documents. Overall Qualifications: Clear logic, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure. Work location: Available to work in Dubai long-term, adaptable to a cross-cultural work environment.
