Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Photographer & Videographer role located in Dubai. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for residential and commercial properties, including interiors, exteriors, and community amenities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with agents and clients on schedules, staging and lighting spaces, capturing high-resolution images and footage, and ensuring visual consistency with brand standards. The professional will edit and retouch photos, assemble video tours and promotional clips, and deliver files in required formats and timeframes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, scouting locations as needed, and contributing creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and marketing materials. Qualifications Strong skills in real estate and architectural photography, including composition, lighting, and staging. Proficiency in videography for property tours and marketing content, including camera operation, framing, and basic audio capture. Competence with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools). Ability to manage on-site shoots independently, organize schedules, and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Solid understanding of visual branding and marketing principles as they relate to real estate listings and promotional material. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and internal teams on-site. Reliable access to and maintenance of professional camera gear, lenses, stabilizers, and related equipment. Valid authorization to work in Dubai and the ability to travel locally to various property locations. Previous experience in real estate, architecture, or interior photography/videography is highly beneficial. Relevant education or training in photography, videography, media production, or a related field is an advantage.
