تسعى منظمة إقليمية مُعَتَرفة جيداً إلى توظيف مهني مخضرم في سلسلة الإمداد لقيادة وتعزيز عمليات سلسلة الإمداد من طرف إلى طرف ضمن بيئة غذائية سريعة الإيقاع وموجهة للمستهلك.
المتقدم الناجح سيقدم القيادة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية عبر المشتريات والتخطيط والمخزون وإدارة الموردين واللوجستيات والتوزيع مع دعم نمو الأعمال، والتميّز في الخدمة وتحسين التكاليف.
المجالات الأساسية للمسؤولية:
• استراتيجية سلسلة الإمداد والتخطيط التشغيلي• التوريد الاستراتيجي والتفاوض مع الموردين• التوقعات بالطلب، وإدارة المخزون والتجديد• التخزين، النقل والتوزيع• توافر المنتج وتحسين مستوى الخدمة• تحسين التكاليف وأداء الموردين• تحسين العمليات والأتمتة والتحليلات• الجودة والسلامة والامتثال التنظيمي• إدارة أصحاب المصلحة عبر الوظائف المختلفة• القيادة وتطوير فرق سلسلة الإمدادالمتطلبات• خبرة واسعة في سلسلة الإمداد من الطرف إلى الطرف
• خبرة قيادية قوية في الغذاء والسلع الاستهلاكية وFMCG وخدمات الطعام والضيافة أو عمليات متعددة المواقع ذات صلة
• خبرة مثبتة عبر المشتريات والتخطيط والمخزون واللوجستيات
• معرفة قوية بسلاسل الإمداد للمنتجات القابلة للتبريد أو المنتهية الصلاحية
• نجاح مُثبت في خفض التكاليف وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي
• خبرة بأنظمة ERP وتخطيط سلسلة الإمداد
• قدرات تجارية وتحليلية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة قوية
• يُفضل الخبرة الإقليمية

Job description
A well-established regional organization is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced food and consumer-focused environment.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across procurement, planning, inventory, supplier management, logistics and distribution while supporting business growth, service excellence and cost optimization.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Supply chain strategy and operational planning• Strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations• Demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment• Warehousing, transportation and distribution• Product availability and service-level improvement• Cost optimization and supplier performance• Process improvement, automation and analytics• Quality, safety and regulatory compliance• Cross-functional stakeholder management• Leadership and development of supply chain teamsRequirements• Extensive end-to-end supply chain experience
• Strong leadership exposure within food, consumer goods, FMCG, food service, hospitality or related multi-site operations
• Proven experience across procurement, planning, inventory and logistics
• Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled or perishable product supply chains
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and operational improvement
• Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems
• Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Regional experience would be advantageous
