Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Audit Manager / Finance Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audit activities, strengthening financial controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial management to support the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Internal Audit Develop and implement annual internal audit plans based on risk assessments. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management processes. Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across business functions. Prepare audit reports, present findings, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on outstanding issues. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international auditing standards. Finance Management Oversee daily finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or accounting, including managerial experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal auditing standards, risk management, corporate governance, and UAE VAT regulations. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Net Suite. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous UAE or GCC experience is preferred. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
