Experienced service advisors should have strong knowledge of automotive service and maintenance processes, along with the ability to receive customers, understand their concerns and requirements, open repair orders, coordinate with workshop teams, and follow up on the progress of work.
They should also be able to explain technical findings and repair requirements clearly and professionally, prepare cost estimates and service reports, obtain the required approvals, and ensure a professional customer experience throughout the service process.
Relevant automotive industry experience, including direct experience with electric or hybrid vehicles, is required for all positions. The specific position and work location will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, technical background, relevant experience, available vacancies, and the company’s operational requirements within the UAE and GCC.
