About the Role As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work in a fast paced environment, build lasting client relationships, and stay ahead of market trends to provide expert advice and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Research market trends and provide clients with accurate property insights. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms. Coordinate marketing activities to maximise property exposure. Negotiate offers, contracts, and transactions to achieve successful outcomes. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with Dubai real estate regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain an organised pipeline using CRM systems and property portals.
What We are Looking For Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of closing deals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage). Experience using CRM systems, property listing portals. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive market. Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
