We are looking for a Milestone VMS Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Milestone Video Management System (VMS) and CCTV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Milestone VMS, CCTV systems, and troubleshooting in enterprise security environments.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and support Milestone VMS and CCTV systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve VMS and camera-related issues. Configure cameras, recording servers, storage, and user access. Perform system testing, health checks, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with project teams during implementation and commissioning. Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.
Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in Milestone VMS and CCTV systems. Hands-on experience with Milestone XProtect administration and configuration. Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, networking, and video surveillance systems. Experience in troubleshooting VMS, camera connectivity, and recording issues. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, and network troubleshooting. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have Skills Milestone Certified Professional (MCP) or related certification. Experience with access control and integrated security systems. Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
