applications and smart electronic devices. You will play a key role in the complete product development

lifecycle—from concept and design through prototyping, testing, validation, and production.

This position is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in electronics hardware design, PCB

development, embedded systems, and automotive electronics who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of electronic hardware for automotive products and smart

devices.

• Design and optimize electronic schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer, Eagle,

or KiCad.

• Select and integrate microcontrollers, sensors, power management circuits, and wireless

communication modules, including Bluetooth, RF, and Wi-Fi.

• Collaborate with embedded software engineers to develop firmware architecture and ensure seamless

hardware-software integration.

• Perform circuit simulation, prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation to achieve optimal product

performance and reliability.

• Work closely with mechanical, industrial design, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the

product development lifecycle.

• Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) reviews to improve

manufacturability and production efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with automotive and international standards, including EMI/EMC, CE, FCC, and

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.

• Support component selection, BOM optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and product lifecycle

improvements.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across engineering projects.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and process enhancement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics &

Communication Engineering.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electronics hardware design, preferably within automotive OEM

electronics or automotive accessory product development.

• Proven experience delivering products from concept through production.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded hardware.

• Hands-on experience in PCB schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, and high-speed signal integrity.

• Proficiency with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.

• Familiarity with embedded firmware development using C/C++ for ARM, AVR, PIC, or similar

microcontrollers.

• Experience with wireless communication technologies, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RF, and IR.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, BOM management, and cost optimization.

• Understanding of automotive testing, debugging, validation, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience using electronic simulation and modeling tools.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of market research and product feasibility studies is an advantage.

B. Embedded Engineer

As an Embedded Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of

embedded systems for automotive electronics and smart devices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded firmware development, real-time operating

systems (RTOS), embedded Linux, automotive communication protocols, and microcontroller-based systems.

You will work closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products from

concept through production.

Key Responsibilities
