Our Client is one of the UAE's leading fit-out and interior contracting specialists, delivering high-quality hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, and luxury interior projects across the region. They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Measure, value, and certify subcontractor and supplier payments while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit client valuations, variation claims, and final accounts in a timely manner.
• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and provide regular financial reporting to management.
• Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and site personnel to maintain cost control and maximise project profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE/GCC fit-out, interiors, or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of cost management, valuations, variations, procurement, and final account negotiations.
• Experience working on high-end fit-out projects within hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract administration, and commercial reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
