Role Description The Regional Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a balance of on-site engagement and work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for overseeing regional operations, building and maintaining relationships with clubs, academies, and coaches, and identifying opportunities to expand the network’s reach. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating player and coach placement pathways, attending key industry events, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the network’s presence in the region. The Regional Director will also collaborate with the leadership team on planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of services, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants. Qualifications Experience in football or sports management, with a strong understanding of player development and coaching pathways. Proven relationship-building and partnership management skills with clubs, academies, and sports organizations. Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally in diverse settings. Familiarity with the Dubai and UAE sports landscape or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new markets. Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including independent work from home and regular in-person meetings in Dubai. Prior leadership or regional management experience is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
