الملف المرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من مؤسسة معتمدة إلزامية، مع تفضيل للمرشحين الحاصلين على درجة الماجستير.
رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) مرغوبة بشدة، مما يدل على الالتزام بأعلى معايير الهندسة.
مهندس مدني مرخص من بلدية دبي.
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع الهندسة المدنية، لإظهار المسؤولية المتزايدة والخبــة الفنية.
يفضل وجود خبرة في ديكور المكاتب ومواد التجزئة.
Design and analyze fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, to integrate civil engineering and fit-out works solutions into fit-out projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable, demonstrating commitment to the highest engineering standards.
Dubai Municipality Licensed Civil Engineer.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects, showcasing progressive responsibility and technical expertise.
Shop Fit-out and Retail construction experience is preferred.
