This is not an entry-level telesales or customer service position. You will speak with qualified inbound leads who are already interested in improving their fitness, health and lifestyle. Your responsibility will be to understand their goals, identify their challenges, present the right transformation program and confidently close the sale. The ideal candidate is persuasive, disciplined, emotionally intelligent and able to communicate with international clients in exceptional English. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional sales consultations by phone and video call Convert qualified inbound leads into paying clients Understand each prospect’s fitness goals, concerns and motivation Present premium transformation programs clearly and confidently Handle objections related to price, timing and commitment Follow up consistently with interested prospects Maintain accurate lead records and updates in the CRMAchieve weekly and monthly sales targets Coordinate with the coaching and operations teams Provide a premium client experience throughout the sales process Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales or closing experience Strong experience in high-ticket, consultative or premium B2C sales Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory Clear, confident and professional communication style Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Comfortable discussing premium-priced services Highly organised, accountable and results-driven Experience using CRM systems and managing lead follow-ups Ability to work according to Dubai business hours Experience in fitness, wellness, coaching, aesthetics, education, real estate or luxury services will be an advantage.
