About the Role

As a Waiter – Room Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences while reflecting Shangri-La Dubai’s service standards through a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders, creating memorable experiences for guests in the comfort of their rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Room Service department.
• Deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally to guest rooms.
• Provide high-quality service and personalized attention to guests.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned section.
• Consistently look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for every guest.

About You

• Passionate about Food & Beverage service with a strong interest in Room Service operations.
• Preferably has experience in a luxury restaurant or a 5-star international hotel in a similar role.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
• Communicates fluently in English.
• Committed to serving food and beverages of the highest quality.
• Willing to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
