المؤهلات المرغوبة للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، الاتصالات، أو مجال related ذات صلة.
2–5 سنوات من الخبرة في تسويق الأحداث، استقطاب المندوبين،telemarketing، تطوير الأعمال، أو دور مشابه.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وبناء العلاقات والقدرة على التفاعل.
ثقة في التفاعل مع التنفيذيين كبار عبر الهاتف.
يُعتبر الخبرة في LinkedIn، أنظمة CRM، ومايكروسوفت أوفيس ميزة.
Research and identify C-level executives and senior industry professionals aligned with each event's target audience.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to invite executives to attend or speak at events.
Build, maintain, and update a database of senior industry contacts.
Achieve delegate acquisition and event attendance targets.
Coordinate registrations, confirmations, and attendance status for invited delegates.
Work closely with the Client Services team to achieve invitee targets and meet campaign timelines.
Provide regular updates and reports on invitee engagement, campaign progress, and key performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in event marketing, delegate acquisition, telemarketing, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Confident in engaging with senior executives over the phone.
Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
