About Druids Druids is a rapidly growing international sportswear brand with an established customer base and ambitious expansion plans across golf, padel, fishing, snow and lifestyle apparel.
The Role This is a hands-on shooter and creator role. You will film products, athletes, creators, models, events and real sporting moments using professional cameras and mobile devices, producing both polished campaign material and fast platform-native content.
Key Responsibilities • Film and photograph content for Druids Golf, Padel, Fishing, Snow and the main brand. • Produce assets for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, the website, CRM and paid advertising. • Capture product, lifestyle, campaign, educational and behind-the-scenes content. • Create polished brand work and authentic social-first content in vertical, horizontal and square formats. • Film interviews, demonstrations, challenges, customer stories and creator collaborations. • Capture alternative hooks, angles and calls to action for creative testing. • Review briefs, scripts, references and shot lists before production. • Prepare cameras, lighting, audio, props, products and backup equipment. • Direct models, athletes, presenters and creators during shoots. • Help contributors appear natural, confident and engaging on camera. • Adapt quickly when locations, weather, contributors or products change. • Produce straightforward social edits, selects and rough cuts when required. • Organise, label, back up and upload footage promptly after every shoot. • Give remote editors clear notes, references and intended outputs. • Use performance feedback to improve future filming and creative variations. • Maintain the Dubai studio, equipment inventory and safe production practices.
What We Are Looking For • At least three years professional videography, photography or content-production experience. • A strong portfolio or showreel covering social, commercial or branded content. • Confident operation of professional cameras with strong lighting, framing and audio knowledge. • Experience creating short-form vertical content for Instagram and Tik Tok. • Ability to produce both polished campaign work and natural mobile-first content. • Confidence directing people who may not be professional presenters. • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar. • Understanding of file formats, frame rates, aspect ratios and production workflows. • Strong organisation, attention to detail and willingness to travel or work around events. • Fluent written and spoken English.
Desirable Experience • Sportswear, fashion, ecommerce or consumer-brand experience. • Knowledge of golf, padel, fishing, skiing or other sports. • Experience with athletes, influencers, performance advertising or You Tube. • Strong stills, drone, podcast, motion, colour-grading or sound-design skills. • A UAE driving licence.
