We are seeking a professional and motivated Real Estate Broker/Agent who can communicate confidently in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and matching them with suitable living spaces. You will handle negotiations, conduct viewings, and support clients through closing. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial attitude are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

• Stage, present, and show residential properties
• Advertise and market available listings
• Source, identify, and reach out to new clients
• Understand clients' criteria and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate rental terms or sale agreements and close deals
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and landlords

Skills

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate is a MUST (sales or leasing)
• Fluency in Arabic is a MUST and basic English is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus (preferred)
• Candidate must be residing within Dubai, UAE. If within other emirates, candidate must be willing to relocate. (Please note that Candidates that are not within Dubai will automatically be rejected)
