نبذة عن العميل:
إدارة مرافق راسخة في دبي، متخصصة في صيانة الممتلكات وخدمات المرافق الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).
وصف الوظيفة:
• تركيب، خدمة، استكشاف أخطاء، وإصلاح أنظمة تكييف VRF/VRV.
• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للممتلكات السكنية والتجارية.
• تشخيص أعطال التبريد والكهرباء ونظم التحكم بكفاءة.
• ضمان جودة العمل مع الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والخدمة الخاصة بالشركة.
• استقبال المرشحين الآسيويين والأفارقة، العمر 40 عامًا فأقل
• ITI / دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في التكييف، التبريد، HVAC، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة العمل على أنظمة VRF/VRV.
• خبرة عملية مع علامات تجارية مثل Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Fujitsu، أو ما يعادلها.

A well-established facilities management in Dubai, specializing in property maintenance and MEP services.
Job Description:
• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, and control system faults efficiently.
• Ensure quality workmanship while complying with company safety and service standards.
• Open to Asian and African candidates, 40 years old and below
• ITI / Diploma or Technical Certification in AC, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience working on VRF/VRV systems.
• Hands-on experience with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Fujitsu, or equivalent.
