The Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Lead / Materials Coordinator to oversee warehouse activities, coordinate materials, and support daily operational performance. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for an organized and proactive professional with strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure materials are available, accurately tracked, and efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, packing, and dispatch. Coordinate material requirements, availability, transfers, replenishment, and movement across operational locations. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments. Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory checks. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to operational requirements. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure materials are properly documented and accounted for. Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged materials, shortages, excess inventory, and delivery issues. Maintain warehouse documentation, material records, inventory reports, and operational procedures. Monitor warehouse and materials KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements, company procedures, and inventory control standards. Lead and support warehouse personnel while promoting productivity, accountability, teamwork, and safe working practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations, materials coordination, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, material planning, stock control, receiving, storage, and distribution. Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, material handling, replenishment, warehouse safety, and supplier coordination. Familiarity with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools. Strong organizational, numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and team management abilities. Ability to manage multiple materials, inventory, and operational priorities effectively. Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and commitment to operational accuracy.
