Are you a creative fashion talent who loves both designing beautiful collections and connecting with customers on the shop floor? We're looking for a Fashion Designer with a strong sense of style and a passion for retail to join a well established apparel brand in the UAE . Someone who can bring designs to life and also help customers fall in love with them.

What You'll Do

Design

• Design and develop fashionable clothing collections based on current trends and customer preferences
• Prepare sketches, and select fabrics, colors, and trims
• Coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure designs are delivered on time and to spec
• Stay ahead of the curve on fashion trends and market demand, translating them into fresh collection ideas

Retail & Customer Experience

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide expert styling recommendations
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are on-brand and eye-catching

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, ideally with sales experience in a fashion retail environment
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fashion trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage
• A creative mindset and genuine passion for fashion
• Willing to work in Dubai, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Fashion sketching/illustration (hand-drawn or digital)
• Understanding of pattern-making, garment construction, and fit
• Fabric and trim sourcing knowledge
• Trend forecasting and trend translation into sellable designs
• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or similar design tools

Retail & Sales Skills

• Strong styling and personal-shopping ability
• Consultative, needs-based selling approach
• Confident, warm customer engagement
• Visual merchandising sensibility
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals

Professional Skills

• Time management across design and floor responsibilities
• Collaboration with production, suppliers, and store teams
• Adaptable, fast-paced work style
• Strong verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with a specific product category (e.g., womenswear, occasion wear, modest fashion)
• Social media or content sense for showcasing collections
• Prior experience in a boutique or fast-fashion retail environment
