Summary:
We are looking for a Stewarding Shift Leader to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas in the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the stewarding team, ensuring efficient washing of dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests when needed
- Train new stewards on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and feedback related to cleanliness
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen area

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
