خبرة 18+ عامًا مع تعرض قوي في الإمارات/الخليج في تركيب وتوصيل كابلات HV/EHV 132kV+ وبناء بنى تحتية للنقل، بما في ذلك التركيب والتوصيل والفحص والتشغيل والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، مع يفضل شهادة PMP، وخبرة قوية في التسليم المشاريع والربح والخسارة والتعاقدات وإدارة العميل وقيادة الفريق.
Provide overall leadership for EHV/HV electrical transmission and infrastructure projects, with primary focus on 132kV and above cable laying and associated works.
Take overall responsibility for project delivery, P&L, budgets, cash flow, resources, productivity, and commercial performance.
Lead projects involving 132kV/220kV/400kV cable installation, cable trenching, duct banks, jointing, termination, testing, commissioning, and associated civil works.
Oversee project planning, execution strategy, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor management to achieve project targets.
Manage relationships with clients, consultants, utilities, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, authority requirements, contractual obligations, and HSE standards.
Monitor project progress, cost, quality, risks, variations, claims, and contractual matters, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Lead Project Managers, Construction, Engineering, Planning, QS/Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and site teams.
Oversee technical and operational challenges related to cable routes, trenching, duct installation, cable pulling, jointing, testing, commissioning, and energisation.
Drive cost optimisation, operational efficiency, resource utilisation, and project profitability across the transmission business.
Maintain strong client relationships and support tendering, business development, negotiations, and new project opportunities.
Provide regular management updates on project performance, financial status, risks, resources, client matters, and overall business operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
18+ years’ experience with strong UAE/GCC exposure in 132kV+ HV/EHV cable laying and transmission infrastructure projects, including installation, jointing, testing, commissioning, and associated civil works.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with PMP certification preferred, and strong expertise in project delivery, P&L, commercial, contracts, client management, and team leadership.
